Computer repair in Casablanca, at your home or office
Casablanca is the one city in Morocco where computer parts are genuinely available the same day, and that changes what a repair looks like: most jobs finish in a single visit rather than waiting on an order. We send vetted technicians across Maarif, Anfa, Gauthier, Bourgogne, Sidi Maarouf, Ain Diab, Hay Hassani and Ain Sebaa.

01 — Why repairs are faster in Casablanca than anywhere else in Morocco
Why repairs are faster in Casablanca than anywhere else in Morocco
The Derb Ghallef electronics market and the Maarif and Sidi Maarouf supply chain mean that SSDs, RAM, chargers, fans and common laptop batteries can be sourced in hours, not days. For a standard fault on a mainstream machine, a same-visit fix is the normal outcome here.
The exceptions are the same as everywhere: model-specific screens and keyboards, and Apple parts. Those are ordered. What Casablanca changes is the waiting time, not the availability — a screen that takes two weeks in Agadir may take three days here.
A word on Derb Ghallef, since visitors always ask. It is a real resource and it is also a market where a part's provenance is not always clear. Our technicians source through their own suppliers and hand over the part with the job. If you are buying yourself, buy the drive and the RAM new and from a shop that will honour a return.
02 — Common Casablanca faults: heat, dust and power
Common Casablanca faults: heat, dust and power
Three environmental factors show up constantly in this city's repairs.
Heat and humidity. Coastal humidity plus summer temperatures push laptop cooling to its limit. A machine that shuts down under load, or whose fan runs constantly, usually needs a clean and fresh thermal paste rather than anything dramatic — 250 to 500 MAD, and it buys years.
Dust. Fine construction dust is everywhere in a city that is permanently building. Desktop machines in particular clog faster here than the manuals assume. An annual clean is not fussiness.
Power. Voltage fluctuation is real in parts of the city and it kills power supplies and, occasionally, motherboards. If you have lost more than one PSU in a building, the problem is not the PSU. A surge protector is the cheapest insurance in this article; for a small office with a server or a NAS, a UPS is not optional.
03 — Small offices, shops and coworking
Small offices, shops and coworking
Casablanca generates more small-business requests than anywhere else on our books, and they cluster: a shared printer that disappears whenever the router restarts, Wi-Fi that dies at the back of the shop, a network drive nobody can reach, and — very often — no backup whatsoever.
The backup point is worth pressing hard. A large number of small businesses here run a single copy of their accounts, their client list and their invoices on one machine under a desk. That is one theft, one flood or one failed drive away from starting over. Scoping a proper backup takes one visit and costs less than a day of downtime.
If you are in a coworking space or a shared building, tell us at booking — access, lift availability and after-hours entry are the things that turn a one-hour job into a wasted trip.
04 — Data first
Data first
If a drive is failing, every extra hour it stays powered on reduces what can be recovered. Clicking noises, freezes during boot, files that have started disappearing: shut it down and stop trying.
Tell us the data matters when you book. It changes the whole order of operations — the technician images the drive before doing anything else, and the job is quoted accordingly instead of being discovered halfway through.

Questions
What people ask us most.
Can a technician come the same day in Casablanca?+
Often, and same-week is the norm. Casablanca is also the city where a standard part is most likely to be sourced within hours, so a mainstream fault usually finishes in a single visit rather than waiting on an order.
How much does computer repair cost in Casablanca?+
On-site diagnosis 200 to 350 MAD. Windows reinstall preserving data 300 to 600 MAD. Malware removal 250 to 500 MAD. SSD upgrade 250 to 500 MAD in labour plus the drive. Screens and batteries are quoted per model, because the part dominates the price.
Should I buy my own parts at Derb Ghallef?+
You can, and it is a genuine resource, but provenance is not always clear there. Our technicians source through their own suppliers and hand the part over with the job. If you do buy yourself, buy drives and RAM new and from a shop that will accept a return.
My laptop overheats and shuts down. Is that serious?+
Usually not. Casablanca's humidity and dust clog laptop cooling faster than the manuals assume, and a clean plus fresh thermal paste — 250 to 500 MAD — fixes the large majority of these. If it persists afterwards, then it is worth looking further.
We keep losing power supplies in our office. Why?+
If you have lost more than one in the same building, the problem is the supply, not the hardware. Voltage fluctuation is real in parts of Casablanca. A surge protector is the cheapest fix available; if you run a server or a NAS, a UPS is not optional.
