Two things we would rather say now than later.
Our team replies in English. The professional may not. Most caregivers and tradespeople in Morocco work in Darija and French. English-speaking profiles exist, they are scarcer, and they cost more. If English on site is a requirement rather than a preference, say so on the first call and we will filter for it — instead of you discovering the gap in week two.
Tracking and legal pages are still in French. Once your request is in, the follow-up portal and our legal notices have not been translated yet. The people you speak to have been. We would rather flag that here than let you find out after you have committed.
